What is this world coming to. After watching this video the only conclusion i came to was that this cop was a total douche. Lets look at the facts.

1) Officer tasers the guy even though he was non violent or threatening.
2) Officer searches the car after without “probable cause”
3) Dude wasnt even fucking speeding and he went to point out the speed sign to the dumb cop.

I know cops are here to protect our safety and i think tasers are a good idea. However… they shouldnt be given to halfwits with an IQ of 70. A total abuse of power. Last time i checked the officer was not punished.
